Curated Design for Market Impact
A show home project delivered in partnership with a boutique developer, designed to showcase a collection of six townhouses set against the backdrop of Kinder Scout. This three-storey, three-bedroom property was carefully curated to enhance market appeal while reflecting the unique character of its rural setting.
The layout included an open-plan kitchen, dining area and snug, alongside a dedicated office, cinema room, and three bathrooms. The design approach focused on creating a cohesive, lifestyle-led interior that would resonate with prospective buyers, balancing aspirational living with functional clarity.
A palette of earthy tones, natural materials, and soft, organic forms was introduced to echo the surrounding landscape, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout. Each space was styled to highlight flow, proportion, and versatility, allowing buyers to easily visualise the home in use.
The result is a warm, design-led interior that feels intrinsically connected to its setting, enhancing both the perceived value and emotional appeal of the property.
“We are building 5 houses and currently setting up the showroom. Was recommended to have Jane to help so we arranged a meet up and had a very productive meeting.
